Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel. Once the parcel is accepted, Customized Sticker will not be responsible for any claims related to physical damage.

5. Returns and Replacements

If a wrong or misprinted product is delivered due to an error from our side, we will provide a replacement after verification.

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

Custom designs approved by the customer before printing are non-refundable unless there is a printing error caused by Customized Sticker.

6. Custom Designs Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that any uploaded design, image, or content does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

Customized Sticker is not responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-provided content.
